As an organization, Choices for Youth (CFY) strives to be a model for diversity and inclusion, that values the perspectives and contributions of all people that incorporates the needs and values of diverse communities into our inclusive programs. Part of this is recognizing mental health and building programs to provide individualized support for young people facing mental health issues and stigma. When we do this, we can work together to unlock young peoples potential.
On January 26, you can support mental health initiatives and programming in your community by joining in on the conversation with Bell Let’s Talk. Bell Let’s Talk is a supporter of the work that CFY does through our programs, and this year the campaign shines a light on peer support, and how the simple act of listening and being there makes a difference. Since 2010, the campaign has committed more than $100 million to support a wide range of mental health organizations, with a focus on accessing resources, building programs and anti-stigma efforts.
Join the Conversation
On Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate towards mental health initiatives in Canada with 5 cents from every applicable call, text, tweet, or TikTok video using #BellLetsTalk, and social media view. The initiative supports programs like RallyForward to deliver resources to young people, and meet young people where they are.

Follow Choices for Youth on Facebook and Instagram, commenting with the hashtag #BellLetsTalk- we will be sharing messages and links that help end the stigma of mental health, and show the impact it makes in our community.
