Choices for Youth (CFY)'s Momma Moments program is designed to provide holistic, wrap-around support and family-based interventions to youth-aged parents, 16-29yrs and their children. Momma Moments strives to strengthen family dynamics and economic stability through a person-centered model of Intensive Case Management and Family-Based, Group Programming.
Momma Moments is seeking to add a number of volunteers to their volunteer team to support the following group offerings at 12-16 Carter’s Hill Place:
Child-Minding Support – Mondays, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Child-Minding Support – Tuesdays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Kitchen Support – Thursdays, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
